The Fremont Place Project

The Fremont place project was one of our favorite complete renovation projects, making it the perfect first post! The home was a gut renovation 2+ years in the making, and we had fun balancing the Spanish eclectic style of the home with more modern elements for a luxurious and sophisticated design.

We will get into the interior design of the Fremont Place project, but we want to share some of the early LA history of it and is neighborhood, as well as some dramatic before and after photos ;)

Fremont Place was one of the first suburbs of LA and the original owner/ builder was one of the first developers of LA. You can find more history on the neighborhood and its history here!

The original house was always beautiful but had remained empty for years requiring a full gut renovation to give it new life.
